This fee is for the 2019 Congenital (Written) Exam that is scheduled for Monday, December 9, 2019 at Pearson Testing Centers.
As a friendly reminder, you need to contact Pearson to schedule your testing seat if you have not already done so. The preferred method to register is to call Pearson directly at 1-800-507-7744 (select Option 2) on Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Central).
Please note that all candidates taking the Congenital Part I (Written) Exam will need to have an approved application on file, if you do not already have one, with the Board office before being allowed to sit for the actual exam. If your application is not approved, the Board will refund the exam fee.
